SPC (Sandy Point Condos) will be a typical condo association arrangement with a condo association monthly fee that will cover pool maintenance, mowing and lawn services, insurance for building and grounds, snow removal, ect. When all units are sold, there will be formal by-laws outlining the above and an election of governing officers by the condo owners. The condo owners association will then assume responsibility for setting dues and management of the property. Current protective covenants available to you upon request.
